DESIGN FEES AND SCHEDULE

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

First consultation is free.

After learning about your business and your particular website requirements, we will put together a detailed estimate. Once estimate is accepted, a deposit of one-half total design fee is required. We will then construct a website homepage draft for your review. Note: we may design more than one draft if your requirements aren't very specific. On approval of homepage draft, we will complete the development of your site. Balance of website fees will be due on completion of your website.

 

 

WEBSITE DESIGN FEES

All websites are uniquely tailored to the needs of the business. Therefore, all fees are based on the amount of content and graphics/photos contained within your website. Also taken into consideration is the format in which content is provided.

  • Rates are based on a variety of factors. One type of site may be more complex than another.
  • No hourly design or package fees.
  • All quotes are based on per page and content including amount of text, graphics and photos.
  • Initial website design fee includes custom layout and structure of a site.
  • Fees include full support during and after development.

 

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE FEES

LaFemmeGeek offers website maintenance and updating to their clients and others at a rate of $35/hour. Minimum maintenance fee of $17.50 is applied if updating takes 1/2 hour or less and we bill on a monthly basis.

We offer a quick turnaround on website updates. Updates are usually completed within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends)

Having us maintain your website provides you with the time needed to run your business instead of spending numerous hours learning how to maintain your site.
